What You’ll Be Doing
Residential service, repair, and installation work
Accurately diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions to homeowners
Perform high-quality repairs that meet code and company standards
Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members
Document work, materials, and notes using ServiceTitan
Maintain a professional appearance and jobsite at all times
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a residential service plumber
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background and drug screening
Customer-focused mindset with solid communication skills
Pride in your workmanship and professionalism
Ability to handle the physical demands of the trade
