Company Overview Strange Engineering is a seasoned manufacturer with over 60 years of experience in high‑performance automotive racing components, committed to high quality and exceptional service. We are expanding and need more CNC Machine Operators.
Positions Available
CNC Machine Operators – operate CNC Lathe and Mills
CNC Setup Operators – set up and operate CNC Lathe and Mills
CNC Program Operators – program, set up and operate CNC Lathe and Mills
Shift Information 1st shift: flexible start times (6:00 am - 8:00 am to 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm, Mon‑Fri).
2nd shift: 4:00 pm - 12:15 am (Mon‑Thu) and 3:00 pm - 9:15 pm (Fri).
The role will start on the 1st shift until trained in our procedures. Overtime is available for both shifts.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years operating CNC Machines
Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Familiar with and able to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
Operate multiple machines when needed
Follow all safety and work rules and practices
Experience with Mazak or Okuma machines preferred
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
