Position Title:
Machine Operator
Location:
Cincinnati, OH
Company Vision:
To be an industry expert for supplying precision machined components and assemblies to OEMs in the U.S.A.
Primary Job Duties
Operate one or more previously set up machines
Loading supplied programs
Run production to productivity and quality standard
Make adjustments and perform tool changes (operator must demonstrate command of this expectation prior to making adjustments without supervision). All operators are expected to obtain this ability.
Complete daily maintenance and 5S standards
Communicate work status
Follow policies and procedures, Vision, Values, Principles, and Philosophies
Maintain acceptable attendance
Any specifically assigned task
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
A proven track record in operation of CNC machines
Must be able to use tools, equipment, and work aids, such as precision gauges and measuring instruments
Demonstrated competency in various materials, tooling, and processes
Have excellent mechanical and problem‑solving skills
Must be able to gather information on job processes and report back to management with process improvements
Shop math (i.e. add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, decimals, percentages)
Must possess blueprint reading skills, including GD&T
Technical School certificate/degree preferred
Physical Requirements
Lifting up to 50 lbs, including bending, twisting, crouching, etc.
Must be able to stand for 10‑hour work shift
Must be able to work with oils/coolants
Must be able to work in noisy environment
