Location: Winston Salem, NC 27106. Union Facility.
Shifts: 2nd (3:00p‑11:00p) and 3rd (11:00p‑7:00a). Up to 12‑hour shifts. Must be flexible and available to train on 1st shift for 2‑3 weeks.
Overtime: Must be willing to work extended shifts and weekends.
Pay: $18.55/hr; upon full training increases to $24.06/hr minimum (plus). Sign‑on bonus: $1,500 for Lead Machine Operator.

Operate machines in a production environment.
Maintain production processes and ensure product quality.

Qualifications
Experience as a machine operator preferred but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including 2- and 3‑shift schedules.
Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
Willingness to undergo drug screening after conditional offer.
