Machine Operator

Responsible for operating basic machinery and ensuring efficient production processes under supervision. This role involves following established procedures, maintaining safety standards, and performing routine checks to ensure product quality.
Responsibilities
Operate s basic machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Load s and unload s materials into machinery.
Monitor s machine operations and report s any issues to the supervisor.
Perform s routine checks and maintenance of equipment.
Maintain s a clean and organized work area.
Adhere s to all safety and company policies.
Assist s in troubleshooting machine issues.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy- weight material. Frequent l ifting/moving average weight ( up to 50lbs /11-27 kgs) material.
Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
