What Glass America Requires Of You To Be Successful:
Installs auto glass and other auto glass products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
Utilizes the proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation service for Glass America customers.
Ensures required paperwork and proper documentation is completed and turned in to the appropriate person, work order, or location.
May perform auto glass repairs as needed.
Completes static and dynamic calibrations of forward facing cameras either in-shop or mobile basis depending on the type of calibration needed per OE standards.
Utilizes the proper calibration equipment and techniques to ensure an OE standard, efficient, timely and quality calibration service to Glass America customers.
Able to read and understand pre and post scans to avoid costly repairs.
Load glass in the truck as needed.
Ensure all equipment is up to date and operating properly.
Maintain high levels of quality control.
Provide excellence in customer service.
Complete necessary paperwork and make bank deposits in a timely fashion.

What Glass America Needs of You to Join the Team:
Minimum 4+ years experience replacing automotive glass.
Calibration (static/dynamic), body shop (R&I/R&R) and flat glass experience is a plus.
Strong work ethic and attendance.
Problem solver who can work independently.
Valid Driver’s License - must be able to pass a drug screen and background/mvr check.

Compensation Details: Pay Range:
$25 - $30 hourly base rate
Pay: hourly base rate or commission pay plan for completed jobs (you will receive the higher of the two)
