Complete apartment work orders and turnovers promptly Perform repairs and preventative maintenance for HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances Assist with upkeep of common areas, property buildings, and pool maintenance Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions with residents and staff Work with the team to ensure maintenance tasks are handled efficiently and professionally Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed Manage daily checklists, occasional tasks, and troubleshoot unexpected issues What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential community or similar field CFC and HVAC certifications are required Strong background in plumbing, electrical systems, and general apartment maintenance Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel between properties if needed Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hands-on work Ready to join our team?
