Summary
We're seeking a skilled and dependable Vehicle Mechanic to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all resort vehicles, including snowcats, snowmobiles, support trucks, and any other resort vehicles. The ideal candidate is passionate about the outdoors, thrives in a cold-weather environment, and brings hands-on mechanical expertise. Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on resort vehicles (gasoline, diesel, and small engines). Maintain snow grooming equipment (snowcats, snowmobiles) and ensure peak performance during winter operations. Inspect and maintain hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules. Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, outdoor-oriented environment. Respond to emergency breakdowns on and off the mountain as needed. Operate snowcats or heavy equipment for testing or maintenance purposes (training provided if needed). Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations. Benefits
