Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Print Press Operator
to set up and operate our printing press efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate printing press to match color standards and approved proofs
Read and interpret production tickets and PDF drawings
Image print plates and complete job tickets accurately
Minimize material waste and maximize production rates
Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, blanket changes, lubrication)
Follow safety procedures and work collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor press issues
Basic math skills and ability to read standard/metric rulers
Ability to pass a color vision test
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting
Strong attention to detail and proven attendance history
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
