Overview
Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a full‑time first shift Plant Processing Technician to join our team! This position involves material handling, liquid processing, waste treatment, and the management of 4‑8 people directly reporting to this role. The Plant Processing Technician will oversee the efficient operation of all plant processes, ensure productivity targets are achieved, SOPs are followed, all plant safety standards are adhered to, and complete scheduled reports on time reporting variances to senior management.
Shift & Pay Monday – Friday, 7am‑4pm. $30/hr with opportunities for raises after 90 days.
Responsibilities
Material handling of plant processes.
Liquid processing and waste treatment.
Manage 4‑8 direct reports.
Ensure productivity targets are achieved.
Follow SOPs and safety standards.
Complete scheduled reports and report variances to senior management.
Qualifications
Associate's degree required.
Mechanical aptitude for pumps, hoses, air compressors, tankers, and trucks.
Minimum 1 year of foreman experience.
Ability to drive company vehicles.
Reliable and accurate reporting skills.
Positive work ethic.
Willingness to work in a hot and greasy environment.
Proven work experience.
Willing to work inside and outside in all weather.
