Diagnose and fix vehicles Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns Follow high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results Qualifications
Positive attitude and desire to serve guests 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic ASE certifications preferred or plan to achieve Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles Meet or exceed hourly goals Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes Professional appearance and strong communication skills Desire for long‑term career development Physical Requirements
Occasionally lift or move >100 pounds Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head Work in tight spaces as required by repair Have dexterity to efficiently use hand tools Walk or stand for majority of workday Drive manual transmission vehicles Efficiently navigate a computer Company Description
