We are looking for highly motivated professional craftsmen with skills in multiple trades to join our team in Far West San Antonio. This W‑2 position offers the flexibility of independent work while you deliver high‑quality craftsmanship and customer service for our clients.

Job Responsibilities
Perform repair, maintenance, and remodeling tasks across carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, masonry, flooring, and carpet installation.
Travel to job sites on your own truck or van within the Far West San Antonio area and nearby regions.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and maintaining professional communication.
Document and invoice work accurately, following company procedures.
Qualifications
Successful prior track record as a carpenter/craftsman, with preferred estimation and home‑inspection experience.
Own a standard set of tools necessary for all listed trades.
Own a work truck or van.
Current and valid driver’s license.
Residence within 15 miles of San Antonio.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong documentation and invoicing proficiency.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Good overall knowledge of multiple trades and strong customer‑service orientation.
