1st: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
12‑hour 2‑2‑3 Schedule: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Description As a Machine Operator, you will receive on‑the‑job training from experienced operators to safely and efficiently run machinery for producing wires and cables. Responsibilities include:
Operating extrusion and cabling machines to produce finished cables or components.
Performing tapping, braiding, and order cutting tasks as entry‑level activities.
Monitoring machine operation with computer data logging and basic inventory control.
Collaborating with peers and managers to improve efficiency and meet company goals.
Qualifications
Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Physical ability to lift 25–50 pounds.
Able to sit or stand for many hours in environments that may be hot and noisy.
Prior experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
