Lead Glazier (Commercial Glass)
We are seeking a Lead Glazier with commercial glass experience to join our team, working on interior and exterior glass installations.
Responsibilities
Work with aluminum storefronts and doors, curtain walls, insulated glass, clear tempered glass, and door hardware installation.
Conduct service calls for repairs and handle door hardware installation and service.
Problem‑solve and troubleshoot field issues.
Follow all guidelines, procedures, and safety rules.
Provide strong reporting and communication with office staff and field personnel.
Maintain attention to detail and collaborate as a team player.
Qualifications
5–10 years of commercial glazier experience.
Proficient with aluminum storefronts, curtain walls, insulated glass, clear tempered glass, and door hardware.
Strong troubleshooting skills and field problem‑solving ability.
Valid Texas driver license.
English speaking ability.
Own tools.
Benefits & Compensation
Full‑time position, pay set by DOE.
Pay day every Thursday.
Paid holidays after 90 days.
Paid vacation.
Health insurance after 90 days (company pays 50% for employee only).
Work schedule Monday–Friday with occasional weekend and evening work.
Location: Houston and surrounding areas, with some out‑of‑town jobs.
