We are seeking an experienced Lead Disassembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead a team and disassemble electronic equipment, components, or machinery safely and efficiently. This role requires a good understanding of assembly, and disassembly techniques, and the ability to work with various hand tools and machinery. The position is based in Medley, Florida.

Responsibilities

Disassemble electronic devices, machinery, or other equipment according to specific procedures.

Lead and coordinate daily disassembly operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and meeting production targets.

Provide training, guidance, and support to new and existing team members on proper disassembly techniques and safety procedures.

Identify and sort reusable components, parts, and materials during disassembly.

Maintain accurate records of disassembled parts, materials, and inventory.

Use various hand tools and equipment safely to perform disassembly tasks.

Ensure proper disposal or recycling of hazardous materials in accordance with company standards and local regulations.

Collaborate with team members to improve disassembly processes and efficiency.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Perform quality checks to ensure components meet the required specifications.

Other duties as required.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in disassembly, assembly, or similar mechanical/electrical roles.

Previous leadership or team‑lead experience is strongly preferred.

Must have basic tools.

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment.

Basic knowledge of electronic or mechanical components and systems is a plus.

Ability to follow written instructions and safety guidelines.

Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot basic issues during disassembly.

Physical dexterity and the ability to lift and move materials as needed.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
