We’re looking for automotive mechanics with a
minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
to join us at Carvana – the fastest‑growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. Responsibilities
Perform general automotive repairs such as radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems. Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles. Carry out vehicle climate control repair and replacement for ACs and heater cores. Qualifications
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools – must lift up to 60 pounds independently. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment while exposed to heat/cold. Use safety equipment such as face shield, goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments. We have a variety of Technician roles in our Inspection Centers, depending on your level of experience – take a look below to see what you’ll be doing to help us get our low‑mileage, late‑model cars ready for our customers: Entry‑Level Auto Technician
(min 6 months): perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and initial inspections. Brake and Tire Technician
(min 1 year): perform light maintenance or repairs, including changing brakes and tires. Mid‑Level Auto Technician
(min 3 years): perform light to medium automotive repairs and minimal diagnostics. Experienced Technician
(min 5 years): perform extensive repairs, heavy engine work, and advanced diagnostics on all makes and models. About Carvana
