We are seeking a skilled and reliable Drywall Installer to join our construction team. Two 52‑unit apartment buildings are scheduled to begin March 1, 2026. The ideal candidate will install wallboards on ceilings and walls, prepare surfaces, and ensure a smooth finish. Precision, physical stamina, and attention to detail are required.
Key Responsibilities
Measure and mark cutting lines on drywall sheets. Cut drywall to size using hand and power tools. Fasten drywall panels to the building framework with nails, screws, or adhesives. Prepare surfaces by taping, mudding, and sanding joints and holes. Apply compound coats and sand seams to achieve a seamless finish. Inspect installations for quality and code compliance. Co‑operate with electricians, plumbers, and other construction professionals to ensure proper placement. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear as required. Employment Type: Full‑time, Temporary Location: In person
