Day Shift CNC Machinist – On-Floor Programming

At GD&E, an Artiflex family company, is hiring a CNC Machinist. You’ll work on die cast dies, plastic injection molds, and stamping die components in a low‑volume, high‑mix environment. If you thrive on precision, challenge, and variety—this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Program on‑floor using Work NC
Operate horizontal, vertical, and 5‑axis CNC mills
Machine tight‑tolerance parts to spec and deadline
Perform setups and validate your work using inspection tools
What You Bring
2+ years CNC experience (tooling work preferred)
On‑floor programming skills using WorkNC or similar
Strong knowledge of measuring tools
Attention to detail and team‑oriented mindset
Carbon machining and EDM sinker experience preferred
