Responsibilities Day‑to‑day tasks include performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication, diagnosing malfunctions to perform repairs when authorized by the customer, conducting multi‑point inspections to recommend safety and reliability improvements, documenting work on each vehicle, maintaining an inventory of technician tools, staying up‑to‑date on factory bulletins and training, and providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
3+ years experience as a reconditioning automotive technician
Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs)
