About the Role We’re seeking a skilled Process Technician to ensure smooth production flow and mold preparation for injection molding operations. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll set up molds, troubleshoot machines, and maintain process parameters to deliver high‑quality parts in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and adjust injection molding machines to correct process parameters.
Troubleshoot machines, robots, and material feed systems (Engel, Krauss Maffei, Husky machines; Kuka robots; Piovan systems).
Ensure mold preparation and changeovers are completed efficiently.
Monitor production to prevent downtime and maintain quality standards.
Remove scrap and manage material flow to machines on time.
Comply with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years in injection molding process setup and troubleshooting.
Skills:
Strong understanding of injection molding processes.
Ability to operate overhead cranes and handle mold lifting equipment safely.
Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude.
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs; stand/walk for entire shift.
Comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment with varying temperatures.
