team – we’re looking for a Service Technician Team Lead to mentor and lead a team of technicians. The role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills. Job Responsibilities
Lead the technician team in prioritizing and dispatching repair orders each day.
Coordinate shop dispatching with technicians based on skill level and current workload.
Set performance goals focused on increasing hours and productivity.
Provide training and promote growth and learning opportunities for team members.
Report machinery defects or malfunctions to the supervisor.
Stay abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins and complete specified training.
Maintain accountability for all dealership‑owned tools and manuals.
Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations.
Operate all tools and equipment safely.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years supervisory or team lead experience.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a main line flag technician.
Some post‑secondary automotive training.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Results‑oriented self‑starter.
Unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
Commitment to delivering world‑class customer service.
Desire to learn new processes and adapt quickly.
Professional appearance at all times.
Proficiency in computer skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Flag hour pay plan with additional base pay for the leadership role.
