We have an excellent opportunity for a full‑time, experienced Maintenance Service Technician covering our Tucson, AZ market. The Maintenance Service Technician needs to be HVAC certified, and will work for the Service department.
Candidates must live within 30‑mile radius from service area.
General Responsibilities
Maintenance and repair of all In‑N‑Out Burger restaurant equipment – cooking equipment, A/C units, refrigeration, plumbing, light carpentry, doors, shelves, etc.
Working well independently with little or no supervision
Traveling to the In‑N‑Out stores in your region at a moment’s notice, in case of emergencies
Observing all safety guidelines and maintaining the cleanliness of your specific work area
Work Schedule + Benefits
Full‑time position, hourly (non‑exempt)
Schedule: Five (5) days a week, rotating schedule including holidays and weekends
Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., occasional on‑call availability required
Travel is required (25%) and it is preferred if this individual lives in close proximity to the Tucson area
Excellent benefits, to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA’s, 401(k)/profit‑sharing plan, adoption assistance, education reimbursement, supplemental health plans and pet insurance
Pay range is $34.81–$38.90 per hour
Qualifications
Must have EPA certification and HVAC certification
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in refrigeration, air conditioning repair, restaurant equipment repair
Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
Knowledge of high‑voltage AC power (3‑phase)
‘Soda fountain’ and trade‑school experience is a plus
Strong experience working as a maintenance tech on commercial jobs
A valid AZ driver’s license is required (company vehicle provided)
