Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Repair or replace defective parts and components in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair options.
Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership policies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
Previous experience as an automotive service technician or mechanic.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
