Job Summary The duties of Maintenance include repairing and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment, buildings, and machines. In addition, tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, cleaning as necessary, electrical repairs, heating and air conditioning system maintenance and preventative maintenance as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting routine audits of premises and equipment.

Performing preventative maintenance.

Repair and maintenance of CNC machinery and various other plant equipment (electrical and mechanical).

Oversee and collaborate with contractors when professional repairs are necessary.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and correct them.

Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.

Review for parts availability and order accordingly, with approval.

Requirements

Must be able to perform some CNC and stand‑alone machine diagnostic / repair, electrical and mechanical.

Troubleshooting - electrical circuits, hydraulic circuits, pneumatic circuits.

Understand how to lift and rig machines.

Hand and Power Tool Knowledge & Operation- Hammers, wrenches, drills, jacks, etc.

Basic Machine Equipment Knowledge & Operation.

High school Diploma or equivalent.

Good critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Good Communication Skills.

Locking toolbox with your own set of tools.

Compensation Start at $25–$30 per hour, based on your experience in Maintenance, with overtime pay available after 40 hours.

On‑the‑Job Training: We provide extensive training for your success as Maintenance.

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM — a normal shift consists of 9 hours per day, Monday thru Friday. Overtime pay after 40 hours. Occasional Saturday work required.

Physical Demands And Work Environment This role may require standing, walking, sitting, and using hands to handle objects. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be necessary. The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds is essential. Specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment, are required to perform the job effectively.
