We’re seeking an experienced diesel technician to perform quality repairs and maintenance on agricultural equipment. As a full‑time Ag Service Technician, you will use specialized tools to repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, keep safety at the forefront, and participate in ongoing training programs.
Benefits Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $45.00 per hour. We offer a $2000 guaranteed signing bonus, overtime premiums, on‑call bonus eligibility, and a progressive scale production‑based incentive plan. Our benefits package includes:

Your Role Your main focus is repairing and reconditioning agricultural equipment. Using specialized tools and equipment, you complete quality repairs and maintenance services on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems while keeping safety at the forefront. You also participate in our ongoing training programs to sharpen your skills and learn more about diesel engines and John Deere equipment.
Our Requirements
3+ years of professional hands‑on diesel repair experience
Ability to operate vehicles and use diagnostic equipment
Ability to lift 75 lb and perform physical activity in various weather conditions for extended periods
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Formal John Deere training (JDU)
10+ years of experience in the agricultural industry
Positive employment of reasonable tenure with another John Deere dealer
