Concrete Finisher – Redi Services, LLC

Job Duties
Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces.
Use hand tools and power tools to complete concrete finishing tasks.
Pour and spread concrete to specified depths and levels.
Apply curing and sealing compounds to protect finished surfaces.
Repair and restore damaged concrete surfaces.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Required Skills
Experience in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, tile laying, masonry, or flooring installation is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications.
Proficiency in heavy lifting and operating heavy equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality workmanship.
Excellent problem‑solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the concrete finishing process.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:
$24.00‑$28.00 DOE.
Company benefits start the 1st day of the month after 60 days of employment.
