Our experienced technicians are qualified to repair or install commercial heating systems, commercial refrigerators, commercial freezers, commercial cooking equipment and commercial ware‑washing equipment. Whether a company is located in Crown Point or throughout NW Indiana and Southeast Chicagoland, we’ll service them all.
Job Description
Service, repair, troubleshoot, and/or propose replacement of all HVAC/R components and equipment.
Service, repair, troubleshoot, and/or propose replacement of commercial cooking equipment in customer restaurants such as dish washing machines, stoves, and much more. We do a significant amount of restaurant work.
Do various electrical or plumbing repairs.
Frequently communicate with the principal and secretary of the company to stay updated on future and current calls, part orders, and job progress updates.
Keep track of work hours by constructing written and typed invoices that document the details, recommendations, and entirety of the job. The invoice and documentation will ultimately be communicated back to the secretary.
Interact with customers by communicating findings, obtaining signatures, and/or collecting payment when advised by the principal. Also educate and stress to customers the importance of maintenance and answer any further questions they may have.
Work with other technicians on a job by offering more efficient ways to solve problems and fulfilling set tasks.
Understand clients’ needs and construct a plan to efficiently satisfy the customer’s needs.

Must have 3-5 years minimum experience as an HVAC/R service technician both residentially and commercially
Must have EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
Trade school certification in the industry (Preferred)
Communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, and customers
Accurately identify, list, and order parts
Take part in weekend, on‑call rotation
