Position Summary
Assembler Tester I is responsible for basic assembly and testing of products and components. They ensure accurate assembly by following standard practices and procedures. Maintain necessary materials, keep workspace clean, and update work performed in ERP. Employment Details

Meet Safety requirements; PPE always worn. Meet or exceed daily production requirements. 100% accuracy on inventory transactions and quality requirements. 100% adherence to processes and material usage; no deviations. Responsibilities
Perform basic assembly of parts and products according to MPS and BOM. Review job information in ERP daily to determine orders to process. Maintain inventory of materials needed for production orders. Operate basic equipment and use common hand and pneumatic tools as instructed. Perform standard tests after each assembly operation to ensure parts and products meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards. Rotate between workstations/bays as production needs require or to reduce fatigue. Examine work completed by team members for accuracy, continued operations, and safety. Move materials as needed for production, utilizing proper equipment and safety procedures. Ensure maximum output for work area; manage time effectively to meet deadlines and production volumes. Visually inspect parts for quality and report issues to Team Lead or Supervisor. Update ERP for work performed. Detect and report improper operations, faulty equipment, defective materials, and any unusual conditions to Team Lead and/or Supervisor. Maintain clean and orderly work area; ensure equipment operates properly. Attend and participate in monthly safety meetings. Adhere to all safety policies and wear PPE as required. Perform other related duties as requested. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. 3 months of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Proficient operating computers and completing basic data entry. Ability to learn specific responsibilities and adhere to production procedures. Proficient in MPS training sign-off within 90 days. Physical dexterity to manipulate hand tools and power tools. Ability to push, pull, lift, and/or move materials up to 30 lbs; capable of using hoists for materials over 30 lbs. Ability to perform repetitive work requiring constant alertness or activity, including standing and lifting. Attention to detail essential. Capable of following verbal and/or written instruction. Good communication skills; ability to work within a team. Well organized. Benefits
