Job Description Structure Welders play an essential role in ensuring that welds are precise, durable, and meet both customer and industry standards on air cooled heat exchangers. Job Requirements Welding with a MIG pulse Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Operate manlifts and cranes for material handling and positioning Set up and operate welding machines, adjusting amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse settings as specified for the job Welding of sheet metal, I-beams, square tubing, and channels 1 year welding experience - air cooled heat exchanger welding experience is a plus (bump in pay too) but not necessary
