Landscape Person Lawn Maintenance, grass cuts, shrub trim, tree trimming, irrigation, etc. About the job CrewMembers perform a variety of landscape maintenance activities. Thisincludes the use of hand tools and operating a variety of power-drivenequipment. Skills Knowledge and experience of working with Property Management companies Knowledge and proper use of lawn mowing and edging equipment Ability to operate power mowers, chainsaws, pole pruners, blowers, weed eaters, chippers, other equipment and vehicles Requirements Experience in landscape maintenance required Ability to lift 50 lbs (Equipment, tools, and supplies may need to be lifted, carried and/or pushed) Ability to work in adverse conditions such as excessive heat Ability to perform extended walking, standing, kneeling and/or squatting Job Type: 1099-As Needed Preferred license or certification: Valid AZ Driver License Job Type: Full-time Work Orders Assigned. - NO Marketing Potential New Customers - NO Marketing Work Location: Multiple locations Apply Direct Available: #J-18808-Ljbffr
