Automotive Master Technician – Lexus

Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities
Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, following dealer and factory standards.
Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to effectively manage production and customer communication.
Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and carry out the required repair.
Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals, including employees and customers.
Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate.
Notify store management of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
Maintain an organized work area.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Automotive Service Technician experience.
ASE certification desirable.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Must be 18+ years of age to comply with the company driving policy.
Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening in accordance with local and legal regulations.
