Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
Execute timely repairs and replacements of defective parts, components, and systems.
Install, modify, and upgrade new manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
Conduct precise equipment calibration and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and part inventories.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
Recommended Qualifications
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including LOTO procedures.
Relevant technical degree or vocational certification in industrial maintenance or a related field.
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex machinery.
Bonus Qualifications
PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
Proficiency in industrial welding and fabrication
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
