Base pay range $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Responsibilities
Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner, within 24 hours or as per community policy.
Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
Maintain and repair buildings’ plumbing, electrical systems, and other building systems, including replacing worn or defective parts.
Assist with moving furniture, unloading, and storing supplies, exercising safety when handling heavy items such as furniture or appliances.
Perform general grounds and curb appeal management and “make‑ready” renovations as needed.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
1 year of general maintenance experience with background in construction, plumbing, or electrical work preferred.
HVAC certification required.
Excellent customer relations experience.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, or on‑call when necessary.
Valid driver’s license required.
