Digital Print Press Operator - 2nd shift
Shift:
Monday - Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am. Shift differential included.
Pay:
Starts at $18.00/hour based on experience.

Gardner, KS 66030. In person.

Primary Responsibilities
Using the job jacket, verifies material size, type of material.
Clean all nip, corona tray, and corona rollers; check the tack of the blue and feeder rollers and refresh if tack is low.
Check ink levels, add ink as needed to reach proper levels, and run an ink test program.
Select art for a job and RIP the image over to the press.
Run the job to perform first‑piece inspection. If required by the gang, ensure the job jacket is signed off and a supervisor check is conducted before running the job.
Use the first piece to check print quality during the run and complete the job. Place the first piece in the jacket to serve as a guide for future work processes.
When the job is complete, scan the job to the next work center and move it to the completed hold area.
At the end of the shift, clean the area and inform the supervisor of any mechanical, material, or ink problems that caused issues during the day.
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent.
HP certification preferred.
Experience in a production environment is helpful.
Should possess machine aptitude.
Able to pass a color perception test.
Good math skills.
Must frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand or walk for the full shift.
Willingness to cross‑train throughout the organization.
