Key Responsibilities

Daily maintenance and improvement of the process in the workshop, investigation, and resolution of on‑site abnormalities

Standardized operation, monitoring the implementation

Assistance to the supervisor in new employees’ training

Monitor and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning

Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions

Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvement

Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization

Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, changes, and results

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Adhere to all American Panel Solutions and OSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds

Meet or exceed company safety standards

Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree; Technical or Vocational training or relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree

Basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations

Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

Proven experience as a Process Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation

Familiarity with quality control principles and practices

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Physical Requirements

Requires prolonged standing, walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree

Medium Work‑Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds or force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees/visitors as well as function safely around equipment

Must be able to perform all job functions which include, but may not be limited to, pushing, turning, and/or pulling of controls

Additional Requirements

Continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, and extreme noise

Must wear protective equipment while at the location

After hours, weekends or holiday overtime may be required

The range for this position is $58,207.00 - $80,035.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
