Responsibilities

Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment.

Support the client: Oversee all network services, perform tests, troubleshoot issues, and resolve requests promptly.

Customer Service: Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines.

Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and gas‑related issues with commercial kitchen equipment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or certification preferred.

Experience 2–5 years in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.

Ability to build strong relationships with customers and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Ability to manage workflow in a timely and consistent manner.

Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

Problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Preferred certifications such as EPA 608, CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Associate) in gas, electrical, steam, refrigeration, or electrical.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record as outlined by company policy.

Must be able to pass a satisfactory background and drug screening.

Computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of all safety requirements.

Physical Requirements

Lifting and carrying up to 50‑75 pounds, frequent lifting or moving up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and climb ladders.

Extensive daily travel to work sites.

Exposure to electrical, steam, and high‑heat units requiring safety equipment.
