JOB PURPOSE We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Control Panel Builder / Assemblerto join our team at our main facility in Greeneville, TN. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for assembling and wiring industrial control panels and motor control centers (MCCs) for a variety of applications. The ideal candidate is self‑driven, organized, and comfortable working from electrical schematics and work instructions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of these essential functions at a satisfactorily level. Assemble and wire control panels, MCCs, and related equipment

Perform testing and troubleshooting of completed assemblies

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Pick, stock, and organize parts and materials

Provide feedback to improve production processes and efficiency

Support team goals and perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience in control wiring, panel building, or electrical assembly (preferred)

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

Skilled in using hand and power tools for electrical assembly

Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred: AutoCAD experience and a valid driver’s license
