Great Oaks Landscape, located in Novi, Michigan, is a recognized leader in the landscaping and hardscape industry. We are looking for a Brick and Hardscape Installation Foreman to lead our crews on award‑winning landscape construction projects.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise the installation of hardscape design projects such as brick pavers, manufactured walls, retaining walls, fire pits, and other outdoor living areas.
Lay brick, stone, concrete blocks, and other hardscape materials.
Operate heavy construction equipment and masonry tools.
Review landscape design with designer/project manager.
Train and mentor landscaping and brick crew employees.
Supervise employees on the job site.
Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans and specifications and the client's expectations.
Promote high standards for customer service, develop a safety culture, and create a positive team environment.
Lead, train and develop employees on brick masonry projects.

Qualifications
Valid Chauffeur License and Medical Certification Card.
Minimum of two years’ experience leading hardscape and brick installation crews.
High school diploma.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
