About the Role Our technicians go into clients’ homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems and perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in residential settings.
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service visits.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Maintain clean, neat appearance and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
Valid HVAC Journeyman license and applicable certifications (NATE, etc.).
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to pass background check and drug test.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Hard‑working, motivated, and self‑directed.
