Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling is scouting a full‑time HVAC Sales / Service Technician to meet in the homes of our Franklin, IN customers, thoroughly inspect their equipment, and offer them the best solutions for their HVAC needs.
Compensation & Benefits
Outstanding compensation of $37,500 to $120,000 a year with paid holidays, vacations, health insurance, dental, short and long‑term disability, and a company‑matched 401(k) plan.

HVAC technician experience Strong sales ability Excellent communication skills
Are you self‑motivated and able to work independently? Do you enjoy communicating with office staff and homeowners alike? Can you explain technical information in layman's terms? Are you organized and able to manage your time? Are you energetic and opportunistic? Do you learn quickly and have sound reasoning skills?
