Dismantles, repairs, rebuilds, and replaces equipment and parts as needed.* Adheres to all plant safety policies. Participates in plant-wide safety, housekeeping, Operational Excellence, and Lean Manufacturing programs.* Provides assistance and guidance to junior maintenance colleagues.* Execute preventive Maintenance to machines and electrical cabinets such as clean up electrical cabinets, re-tight all electrical terminals, replace damaged devices, organize cables, ensure all components are perfectly grounded, replace bad sensors, replace control and power cables going to the field.* Manage Work orders on eMaint platform to report all executed tasks on the machines.* Must be familiar with Programable Logic Controllers (PLC), must be able to diagnose bad input/output card.* Execute predictive maintenance to Main power cabinets using thermographic camera.* Troubleshoot electrical faults on machines and electrical devices.* Root cause analysis for major breakdowns on machines.* Replace and configure Servo drives, VFD’s and HMI’s.* Replace and Troubleshoot 480 VAC motors, 120 Vac motors.* Replace and troubleshoot servo motors.* Basic Electrical and Industrial Safety, AC DC Circuits and Machinery, Electrical Troubleshooting* Perform work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical theory and principles, statutory codes and principles of operation of electrical equipment.* Analyze circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, service and replace electronic devices and systems.* Dismantle, inspect and replace electrical machinery and replaces defective electrical or mechanical parts* Lays-out, assembles, installs, tests, repairs, and adjusts electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, wiring, and to include panels, breakers, and conduit.* Repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits, equipment, and motors using appropriate tools and testing instruments* Troubleshoot and repairs electric controls, motor control centers, and programmable logic controls.* Examine work orders and converse with equipment operators to detect equipment problems.* Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks such as checking, cleaning, or repairing equipment to detect and prevent problems.* Maintain equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations, or tests.* Calibrate testing instruments and installed or repaired equipment to prescribed specifications.* Performs other duties as assigned.* Preferred-Electrician Industrial License* Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) or technical training and 3*+ years of recent experience in an industrial/manufacturing maintenance position required** Must have completed a minimum of the following courses from an accredited and approved educational source or demonstrated knowledge and skill acquired via sufficient job experience:* Demonstrates ability to select and operate appropriate hand, power and specialty tools and diagnostic equipment to complete job tasks.* Possesses an operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery, and electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.* Demonstrates ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and work orders.* Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions to team members.* Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Possesses the ability to troubleshoot, disassemble, and reassemble manufacturing equipment.* Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills.* Demonstrates the ability to work effectively under limited supervision.* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
