Key Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs and diagnostics
Conduct drain cleaning, sewer camera inspections, jetting, hydro-scrubbing, and cabling
Diagnose issues quickly and present solution options per Mr. Rooter standards
Operate and maintain sewer cameras, jetters, and locating equipment
Use ServiceTitan or similar CRM to manage job progress, build estimates, and collect payments
Provide exceptional customer communication and education
Prepare clean, accurate, code-compliant estimates and honor all discount programs
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and well-organized truck inventory
Follow all jobsite safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management
Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and accountability in every job
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience (residential and commercial preferred)
Strong technical skills in drain cleaning, repairs, diagnostics, and camera inspections
Proficiency in ServiceTitan or other CRM platforms
Knowledge of California plumbing code and safety standards
Professional communication and sales presentation skills
Experience with hydro-jetting and trenchless diagnostics a plus
Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain truck organization
High School diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to the Mr. Rooter Code of Values
No specific licenses or certifications required, but training and certifications are available and encouraged.
