Base Pay Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $17.00/hr
Responsibilities
Assemble manufactured materials and components.
Ensure quality in assembled products, including accuracy of the BOM for assembly and that the assembly itself meets all design specifications.
Perform a variety of duties necessary to construct electrical and/or mechanical assemblies, modules, and circuit boards within a team environment.
Promote a climate of cooperation, lead by example, and mentor others in quality, safety, environmental, Lean, and HPWS philosophies.
Demonstrate flexibility to perform other duties as requested.
Perform duties under limited supervision.
Use hand tools and operate machinery to install a variety of parts/assemblies on electrical equipment and perform required assembly/rework operations to meet quality standards.
Work from computer‑generated pictures, wiring diagrams, simple drawings or sketches, engineering drawings, specifications and other written or verbal instructions to perform job functions.
May be required to perform administrative, maintenance, stock duties and routing.
May be required to perform additional duties/responsibilities.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
Must successfully pass assembly training school.
Entry‑level applicant able to read and understand English and possess basic computer skills.
May be required to lift/move heavy parts and/or equipment weighing up to 55 pounds.
Basic computer skills with SAP or similar systems.
