Base Pay Range $23.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Position Summary As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician at a local Walmart retail store, you will support and oversee repairs within the Walmart facilities’ Refrigeration HVAC equipment team, utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and various tools to complete jobs.
Minimum Qualifications
2 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance
Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for refrigerant handling
Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and tools.
Use the work order management system to receive repair work orders and document repair activities.
Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
Complete all required training requirements to operate equipment and tools safely.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by performing work according to Walmart's safety policy and environmental guidelines.
Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and work comfortably at heights.
Compensation
Individual compensation packages based on skill set, experience, level of job offer, qualifications, and other factors.
Eligible for bonus incentive.
