Position Description
Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
Provide top‑notch customer service to our residents
All other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
EPA licensure
Hands‑on expertise with HVAC systems
Participation in on‑call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to go off‑site
Provide own hand tools
Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods, operate equipment, and lift up to 50 lbs.
