What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacements (oil, air, cabin). Conduct thorough multi-point inspections to check fluid levels, tire pressure/tread, belts, hoses, and lights. Complete minor repairs such as tire rotations, battery testing, and windshield wiper replacements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service bay. Document all services performed accurately. Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding vehicle condition and recommended services. What You'll Need (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Prior experience as a Lube Technician or in a related automotive role is preferred, but motivated beginners are encouraged to apply! Basic mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools and shop equipment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. clean driving record.
