What You Will Do
We are looking for an experienced Electronics Spray Painter to join our Production team. In this role you will prepare, mix, paint, assemble, and finish a variety of instruments and assemblies, and perform touch‑up work on customer products returned for repair. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based at our Oak Creek, Wisconsin headquarters, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
How You Will Do It
Paint and finish various parts and final assemblies using spray gun, airbrush, and paint booth.
Clean, mask, and prepare surfaces before painting and finishing.
Use a paint mixer to blend different types of paint according to specification.
Employ calipers, torque drivers, torque wrenches, and other hand tools to assemble or disassemble sub‑assemblies.
Use arbor press, drill press, and other equipment for assembly and finishing work.
Follow shop orders, engineering drawings, or production work instructions.
Required – What We Look For
High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
Fine manual dexterity skills.
Ability to follow standard written work instructions and comprehend electronic and mechanical drawings and schematics.
Ability to pass an English comprehension test (required for FAA Repair Station eligibility).
Familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift items up to 35 pounds.

Preferred
One year of experience prepping, painting, and finishing using various types of spray guns in a spray booth.
