Overview We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and customer-focused

Plumbing Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for residential clients.

Provide routine maintenance and 24/7 emergency plumbing services as required.

Ensure all work complies with safety standards, state regulations, and local building codes.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing products, upgrades, and services.

Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally.

Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.

Deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.

Document service work, create sales orders, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

Qualifications

1–3 years of plumbing service and repair experience (residential experience preferred).

Proven experience in plumbing service, sales, and customer service.

Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:

$80,000 – $120,000 USD
