Job Title: Assembler
Pay: $19/hr
Shift: 2nd shift: 3:00pm – 12:00am (Midnight), Monday – Thursday, 12:00pm – 6:00pm, Friday
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to engineering specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work with small components in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components onto PCBs using hand tools, soldering irons, and automated equipment.
Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Perform through-hole and surface mount soldering (SMT).
Inspect completed assemblies for quality and functionality using magnification tools and test equipment.
Identify and correct assembly errors or defects.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation on computers.
Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $21.00/hr.
