Base pay range $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr
Job Summary As a Glazing Service technician, you will be responsible for completing quality repairs, assessing damage, and performing preventative maintenance for glazing systems and products; including fitting and sealing windows, curtain wall glass, store‑front systems, skylights, and glass doors for commercial buildings. Candidates must be comfortable with daily physical labor, working outdoors, from heights, and following extensive safety procedures.

Daily Responsibilities
Replacing, installing various types of commercial glazing systems, including curtain wall, store‑front, handrails and more.
Installing, servicing, and repairing glass doors and door hardware.
Work collaboratively with field crews on various projects.
Use our mobile app to record, document, and report repairs/projects.
Provide recommendations for additional work or maintenance.
On‑call 24/7 availability to respond to emergency repairs (additional compensation, staggered schedule).
Follow all safety rules and procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience working in the glazing trade or in field construction.
Tech‑savvy—comfortable using mobile phone apps.
Very comfortable working outdoors and working from heights.
Able to lift heavy material on a regular basis.
Comfortable working from heights & working outdoors year‑round.
Flexibility—available 1‑2 weeks for on‑call emergency services (additional compensation).
Pass a background check and drug screening.
Reliable transportation, can make the daily commute to Salt Lake City.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience using fall‑restraint equipment—SRLs and safety gear (PPE).
Schedule
Monday‑Friday – Full time.
24/7 On‑call availability is required 1‑2 weeks per month—additional weekly compensation is given.
